Booking Conditions

DEPOSITS
Easter- October deposit for Farmhouse, £300 payable to F. Goodman, £150 at all other times.
Easter - October deposit for Parsons, Manor, Pound, Badger, Primrose and Swallow's Nest, £250 payable to I. Goodman, £ 125 at all other times.
Easter - October deposit for Peartree, Stable and Nook, £95 payable to I. Goodman, £75 at all other times.

EXTRA BEDS can be supplied for cottages that can accommodate them at an extra charge of £30.

BOOKINGS will not be confirmed until a deposit is received. However, if the booking is made within six weeks of the commencement date, the full rental will be required.

Balance of payment is due six weeks before the start date of your holiday at Hilton. If the full payment is not received six weeks prior to your commencement date we reserve the right to cancel the holiday and retain the deposit if re-letting is not possible. Cheques made payable to Hilton Farm Cottages.

INSURANCE - no claims relating to loss, damage or injuries to vehicles, belongings or persons will be considered. You are advised to obtain personal insurance commensurate with your requirements, prior to your visit, including cancellation insurance.

DOGS are welcome all year in Peartree, Stable & Nook but not in the family cottages during July & August. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times within the grounds (exercise paddock available). They must not be allowed on furnishings or left unsupervised.

There is a weekly charge of £20 per dog.

We undertake to repair any faulty equipment with due diligence. No claims will be entertained in respect of equipment which remains faulty for reasons beyond our control.

Ample private parking.

HIRER'S RESPONSIBILITIES - The hirer is responsible for the property and is expected to take all reasonable care of it; undertakes to leave the cottage, furniture and equipment clean and tidy at the end of the hire period.

DAMAGE - All damage and breakages are the legal responsibility of the hirer and should be made known to the owners.
