Primrose cottage is a barn conversion, with a beamed open plan living area upstairs. Primrose cottage sleeps up to 5 plus 1 cot.

First floor

The front door opens from the balcony into the kitchen and living area.

The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a dining table and chairs with space for 6, comfy sofas, a smart TV and DVD.

Stairs go up to a mezzanine floor with double bed. A staircase with a gate leads down to ground floor.

Ground floor

There is a hallway which leads to the bedrooms and shower room. There is a small bedroom with a single bed (smaller than standard bed).  The double bedroom at the back of the cottage looks onto the quiet courtyard. Primrose has a shower room with walk in shower.

Outside, Primrose has a balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the pool area.

Make use of our facilities on site; our hot tub, games room, children’s play area and tennis court are open all year round. Our heated outdoor pool is open from Easter till the end of September.

Just a 10 minute drive from Bude or Widemouth Bay, Primrose cottage is an idea base for exploring North Cornwall, North Devond and further afield.

Note: Primrose does not have a washing machine. We have a laundry for guest use on site with a washing machine, washing lines and tumble dryer.
